More than a performer, Yara is a storyteller at the core of her art. Her costumes, character, and stage atmosphere transport her community into the realms behind her songs. In 2025, the Glastonbury Emerging Talent judges praised her for this immersive quality, and she later headlined the UK’s first-ever Renaissance Faire, an event that aligned naturally with her mythic, cinematic aesthetic.

Aidoneus Collaboration – STYKS
First artist collaboration, featuring her vocals as the character “Persephone”, in 5 songs of Aidoneus’ debut album STYKS.
UK Renaissance Faire – Headliner
Headlined the UK’s first-ever Renaissance Faire, September 14. It perfectly aligned with her mythic, cinematic aesthetic.
Glastonbury Emerging Talent – Longlisted
Judges praised her immersive quality: “An artist who’s created her own enchanting world through her music, Yara Liz is certainly one to watch… She belongs on a festival stage.”
Aetheria – First Headline Show
Sold-out 150-capacity show at AMP Studios, London. Founded Aetheria as an ongoing platform for fantasy and cinematic artists.
Guardian: Main Theme – Original Score
Composed the main theme for Kate Korsak’s epic fantasy novel, extending her storytelling into another creator’s universe.
Every character, every landscape painted with sound, is rooted in real feelings and lived experiences. The worlds may be imaginary, but the emotions are never fiction. Grief, sadness, fear, loss, these are part of the journey. But every story is ultimately a hero’s journey: facing obstacles, enduring trials, and finding triumph on the other side.
